Menus

We have a variety of delicious menu selections for you to choose from. Including over 30 different entree's.  Please contact us to discuss the menu options that would best suit the event you are planning. 

Here is an offering of some of our entree's:

Champagne Chicken

Boneless breast of chicken sauteed with shallots, mushrooms, and garlic.  Finished in a champagne & cream sauce.

Chicken Francais

Boneless breast of chicken sauteed in an egg batter, finished with lemon-sherry butter sauce.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Marinated in buttermilk and lightly dusted with our special blend of herbs and spices.  Served golden brown.

Amaretto Chicken

Boneless breast of chicken sauteed with cherries and peaches.  Finished in a light amaretto cream sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast

Boneless breast of chicken with an herb bread dressing.  Served in rich pan gravy.

Chicken Marsala

Boneless breast of chicken sauteed and served with mushrooms in a light Marsala wine sauce.

Chicken Romano

Boneless breast of chicken, battered and sauteed with a blend of Romano cheese.

Herb Baked Chicken

Marinated and seasoned with our special blend of herbs.

Prime Rib of Beef

USDA Choice.  Served with a horseradish cream sauce.

CBA Top Round of Beef

Certified Black Angus.  Served with a horseradish cream sauce.

Filet Mignon

Served with fresh cut mushrooms.

Pineapple Glazed Ham

Traditional ham sliced and served in a pineapple glaze.

Roasted Pork Loin

Seasoned and roasted with earth ground spice.  Sliced and served in au jus.

Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Italian sausage mixed with peppers and onions.  Finished in a light tomato sauce.

Orange Roughy

Served in a light buree blanc sauce.

Poached Salmon

Served in a lemon and white wine butter sauce.

White Fish Francais

Egg battered fillets sauteed and finished with a lemon and sherry butter sauce.

Baked Cod Loin

Seasoned and baked served with pan juices and lemon.

Shrimp Scampi

Large tender shrimp sauteed with olive oil and garlic.  Finished in a basil and white wine sauce.

Mostaciolli Marinara

Penne pasta served with our award winning tomato sauce.

Farfalle Primavera

Fresh cut garden vegetables served in an alieo sauce.

Cavatelli

Topped with a light basil cream sauce.

Penne Cobonara

Blended with bacon, peas, and herbs and finished with a sherry wine cream sauce.

Farfalle Alfredo

Farfalle pasta finished in a white cream sauce.
