Food and Beverage
McMenamy Banquet Center must supply all food and beverages for all events held in any area of the facility. Food and beverages may not be brought in from outside sources. State of Ohio liquor laws prohibit personal alcoholic beverages from being brought into the facility.

McMenamy’s trained staff will cut and serve your wedding cake, and tray and display your cookies at no extra charge to you.  McMenamy’s uses all china, glassware and silverware.

Deposits
A deposit of $500 is required to secure the date and location. If the entire facility is requested, a $1000 deposit is required. An additional deposit is required prior to the event. All deposits received are non-refundable.

The Banquet Office must receive menu selections 10 days prior to the event. At that time, a final count of guests is required. You will be charged for the number of guests guaranteed or actually served, whichever is greater. Final guarantees are not subject to reduction.

A service charge of 20% and 6.5 % sales tax is not included in any menu prices, but will be added to all food and beverage menu selections. Final payment must be made one week prior to the event. Final payments made with a credit card will be subject to a 3% service charge.

No party may be extended without consent of McMenamy's. There will be an additional charge for any time scheduled beyond the event's original time period.

Room Assignments
Room assignments are assigned according to the anticipated number of guests. If there are changes in the number of guests, McMenamy's reserves the right to reassign the room accordingly.

Confetti of any kind is not permitted to be used in decorations or used elsewhere at the banquet center.

Security
The engager is responsible for the cost of security provided by McMenamy's.
