McMenamy's Business Unaffected by Kelly Greens Investment Co., Inc. Voluntary Petition for Bankruptcy relief under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code

June 5, 2012 - Kelly Greens Investment Co., Inc. filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio on May 29, 2012.  Kelly Greens was formerly doing business as McMenamy's located at 325 Youngstown-Warren Rd. in Niles, Ohio; however, it ceased conducting the business operations of McMenamy's in March 2012.  Accordingly, the business known as McMenamy's is still operating in its normal course of business.  McMenamy's will continue to conduct business as usual, and customers with events previously planned or those looking to book an event are assured that McMenamy's current business operations are not subject to the bankruptcy case of Kelly Greens.
